📌 Returns:

  • You may request a return if the product reaches you in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

  • To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging as proof.

Please Note:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.

  • Returns are accepted only for valid reasons (damaged/incorrect products).


📌 Refunds:

  • Once we receive and verify your return request, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • If the product is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be issued.


📌 Return Shipping:

  • Return logistics costs will be borne by MorelTea.com for approved cases (damaged/defective/incorrect items).


📌 Exceptional Quality Cases:

If, in rare cases, you find the tea quality not up to our standards, kindly contact us via email or call. We’ll assess the case and issue a suitable refund if appropriate.
